Want A CCJs Problem Remortgage ?
If you have CCJs (County Court Judgements) then it can
be a real bug applying for remortgage finance. Most
financial bank's and building societies will decline
you credit. However if you are looking to re-mortgage
there are some companies that specialise in bad credit
history customers these type of lenders will accept
you normally without any problem.
The way to go about applying for a CCJs problem
remortgage is not to go down the high street approaching
bank's and building societies, but instead contact
either an independent mortgage adviser who will give you
independent financial advice or a mortgage broker.
These kid of advisors have access to many lenders
some of which will lend to customers with CCJs (county
court judgements) and who are looking at remortgages.
Unfortunately if you have a CCJ then the interest rates
on offer may be higher than a clean history lender but
payments in to such credit will in time improve your
credit rating.
